Ordering Information
POSTAGE/SHIPPING COSTS
We charge a flat rate of 2.50 British Pounds for postage and packaging. This includes orders from within the UK and to international addresses. Within the UK we use First Class Royal Mail, and outwith the UK we use Airmail.
DELIVERY TIMES
If we have the buttons you want in stock we will post them within 21 days, usually sooner. If we need to make the buttons we will contact you and let you know how long it will take.
Delivery takes one or two days after posting in the UK, and from 3 to 8 days for overseas addresses.
PAYMENT METHODS
From UK customers we accept cheques and PayPal.
How to pay by cheque (UK customers only):
Please write or email with the names of the buttons you want to order. Remember to include your postal address and an email address if you have one.

HOW TO PAY USING PAYPAL
We use a shopping cart system run by PayPal. When you are ready to go to the checkout, click on the "View Cart" button and you will be transferred to a secure PayPal site where you will be offered the choice of:
•payment using any of the above credit cards
•payment using your PayPal account if you have one
•opening a PayPal account

OUR PRIVACY POLICY
When we take a payment over the telephone or on our website, we do not store your credit card details.
We do not share any of your details with a third party.
YOUR RIGHTS
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund.
You must inform us in either writing or electronic mail of your desire to cancel within seven working days commencing on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You then have a reasonable period to return the goods to us.
You must return the goods to us at your cost in an unused and re-saleable condition and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, within 30 days of cancellation in writing or electronic mail from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
