… for a collaborative textile project, and would you believe 3 come along at once!
I have blogged about the 2 previous projects here and here . I thoroughly enjoyed them, and was delighted to fnd another group of people who were keen to have a go as well. We worked on round brooches, each of us adding some textile art and then sending it on to the next person.

Back in June I blogged about a collaborative textile art project that I took part in, read all about it here
I ended by saying “watch this space” for the results of the second round of the project which involves heart shaped brooches.
Today I posted the finished brooches to the participants, and this is a record of how they progressed from start to finish.

Brooching the subject……

A couple of folks on my Facebook page asked about how I made my scrappy brooches, and as it happens I recently made a step-by-step record of the process.
I made this scarf using my overlock/serger and was left with a pile of scraps…….
